1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Clean Slate Nutrition or any Clean Slate Nutrition employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm users of the Services, or expose them to liability. Users must be 18 years or older.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from Clean Slate Nutrition, you agree to the following terms. These messages may be marketing and/or non-marketing depending on what you opt into and your activity within our program.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Clean Slate Nutrition or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Payment and Fees

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred in connection with your use of the Services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Clean Slate Nutrition or its directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
